How long is processing and shipping?

3 to 5 business days from purchase date. Please be sure that all contact and shipping information is correct before submitting your order. Incorrect shipping address can delay your item getting to you.

If you made an error on your shipping address, please contact us ASAP. Once shipping label has been created and cannot be undone.

Can I replace my item if it breaks?

Yes, if your item happens to break within 14 days after delivery date. We can certainly replace your item.
